Junior Staf (Supporting & Bisnis)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 25 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) holder from all disciplines, except Health Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Arts, Education, Religious and Tourism.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75 (4.00 scale).
  • Not married and willing not to be marry for 1 year.

Requirements
  • Male/Female, maximum age of 32 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) holder from all disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of banking or financial institutions as collector.
  • Able to ride a motor cycle and have driving license class C (SIM C).
  • Have personal motor cycle will be highly prioritized.
  • Retirement age of 36 years old.
Account Officer UMKM

Requirements
  • Male/Female, maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) holder from all disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as marketing micro banking.
  • Able to ride a motor cycle and have driving license class C (SIM C).
  • Have personal motor cycle will be highly prioritized.
Team Leader UMKM


Requirements
  • Male/Female, maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) holder from all disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in micro banking with the last position as the Unit Manager / Sub Branch Manager / Team Leader in micro banking at least 1 year.
  • Ever following the training of Marketing / Sales Officer / Accounts Officer / Credit Analyst and Leadership.
Supervisor Collector & Recovery Mikro

Requirements
  • Male/Female, maximum age of 45 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) holder from all disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in micro banking and minimum 2 years of experience in the field of collection.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Collection Supervisor/Team Leader.
  • Ever following the training of credit and collector will be highly prioritized.
General Requirements
  1. Neat and attractive appearance.
  2. Physical and mentally healthy, free from the influence of narcotics and other addictive substances.
  3. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Strong work motivation and dynamic personality.
  5. Able to work individually or in teams.
  6. Able to operate computer (minimum operating knowledge of Microsoft Office).
  7. Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
  8. Do not have a family relationship with the employee of Bank BJB up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / son / brother / sister).
  9. Willing to be placed in the working area of Bank BJB.
  10. Passed in all stage of the selection process of recruitment of Bank BJB.
