VAC4636 - Network Architect (Radio Access Network)
Requirements
- Minimum education of a B.Sc. in IT/Telecoms/EE, preferably M.Sc in IT/Telecoms/EE.
- At least 5 years of working experience in relevant network design departments in the telecommunication industry.
- Preferably having work experience in a number of companies in the telecommunication industry
- Excellent level of English proficiency is a must
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possess excellent problem analysis and solving skills
- Strong ability to convince decision makers.
- Motivated, curious and inquisitive to learn new things.
- Highly creative: be able to come up with new ideas and concepts.
- A team player that has the capability and eagerness to quickly pick up new knowledge in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment.
- Enthusiastic and positive.
- Sense of ownership and pro-activeness.
Requirements
- Minimum education of a B.Sc. in Telecoms/EE, preferably M.Sc in Telecoms/EE.
- Preferably experienced in the telecommunication industry.
- At least 5 years of working experience in relevant network Optimization areas and experience in a senior position in relevant network optimization areas in the telecommunication industry.
- Advanced knowledge of GSM, UMTS, WLAN and LTE network principles and design.
- Advanced knowledge of Radio Access networks features and functionalities.
- In depth analysis of Network Problems assigned to Network Optimization.
- Strong knowledge and experience in following areas :
- Telecommunications principles and practices.
- Optimization process and strategy
- Processes and tooling involved in the planning and operation of mobile networks;
- Running a RFI/RFQ process and managing external suppliers.
- Transmission concepts, topologies and network architectures
- Ttelecommunications principles and practices
- Processes and tooling involved in the planning and operation of mobile/fixed networks
