Officer Development Program (ODP)

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI), Male or Female, Single with maximum age of 26 years old Not repeated in the 27 per June 31, 2015)
• Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Excellent proficiency in oral and written English.
• Do not have a family relationship (father / mother / brother / sister / Child) with the employee of Bank BTN.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

Special Requirements

• Minimal S1, preferably from the Faculty of Economics, Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology, MIPA, Law, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Psychology.
• Cumulative GPA of at least 3.00 on scale 4.00.

Recruitment Area : Jakarta, Medan, Padang and Palembang.
