PT Astra Otoparts Tbk - AOP is a reputable public listed automotive part manufacturing company in Indonesia. Headquartered in Jakarta, AOP has 51 active subsidiaries/affiliates that runs in integrated automotive parts/components industry, including manufacturing and distributing for both two wheelers and four wheelers for domestic and export markets. As a public listed company, AOP's shares are traded in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under reference code "AUTO" since 1998. As of June 2014, the majority shares in AOP was owned by PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group) with 80% shares ownership. Astra Group is one of the largest business group in Indonesia with strong business interest in automotive industry. Other remaining shares in AOP was owned by Leonard Lembong (0.02%) and public (19.98%). AOP succeeded in achieving acceptable and sound growth in the third quarter of 2014 (Q3 2014). Overall, AOP's performance in Q3 showed an encouraging development with a net revenues of Rp 9,178 billion or 18.25% higher than Rp 7,782 billion in Q3 2013. Engineering Development Program (EDP)

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Material) with a minimum GPA of 2.80 (scale 4.00).
• Male and Female, age between 21 - 27 years old.
• Fresh graduate or experienced (maximum 2 years) applicants are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be placed in all subsidiaries of Astra otoparts, Java area.
• Willing to undergo MT programs (both in class and on the job training) for 1 year.
