Requirements
- Male/Female, not older than 25 years of age as at 1 February 2015.
- Good looking.
- Minimum education of SMA or equivalent, preferably minimum Diploma Degree (D3).
- Minimum height of 165 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female).
- Single (not married).
- Computer literate, minimum familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Fluent ing English (minimum pasive).
- Preferably domiciled at Balikpapan.
- Application letter.
- Legalized copy of diploma.
- Legalized copy of academic transcript.
- Copy of ID Card.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- SKCK.
- Recent color photograph, size 4x6 (2 sheets).
- Recent full body photograph, postcard size (1 sheet).
- Not Married Certificate from local KUA / civil registry office.
- Not Married Statement stamped Rp 6000, - and signed by parent / guardian.
