PT Telekomunikasi Selular - Telkomsel is the market leader in mobile phone industry in Indonesia. As at the end of December 2013, Telkomsel maintains more than 131.51 million subscribers, both postpaid and prepaid subscribers. PT Telekomunikasi Selular is a mobile phone subsidiary company of state-owned telecommunication giant PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom Group). At present, Telkomsel is controlled by Telkom Group with 65% shares ownership. Other 35% remaining shares in Telkomsel was owned by Singapore Telecom Mobile Pte Ltd (SingTel Mobile). SingTel Mobile is a subsidiary company of Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel), one of the largest telecommunication company from Singapore. In terms of financial performance, Telkomsel especially achieved an exceptionally spectacular performace in 2013 through increasing consolidated net income. According to Telkomsel Annual Report 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Telkomsel posted consolidated net income of Rp 60.03 trillion throughout 2013, growing by10.08% from 2012 which was Rp 54.53 trillion.

Telkomsel Great People Trainee Program is 6 months development program fro Bachelor's Fresh Garduate through on-the-job learning methods and offering to be Telkomsel’s Employee after pass the program.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Informatic / Computer Engineering, Management, Accounting, Financial Management, and Law.
- Have a minimum comulative GPA score of 3.0 (scale 4.0).
- Excellent English skill, provern by minimum TOEFL score 500 or TOEIC score 650 (from certified institution).
- Not older than 26 years of age.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
