PT Astra Daihatsu Motor - ADM is one of the biggest car manufacturing company in Indonesia. The Company is the sole agent and brand holder of Japanese carmaker Daihatsu Motor Company (DMC). The Company is an affiliate company of PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group), the largest holding company in Indonesia with strong business focus in automotive industry. The percentage of PT Astra International Tbk share ownership toward ADM is 31.9%. Daihatsu settled in Indonesia in 1973 when Astra Group obtain the right to import Daihatsu vehicles to Indonesia. In 1992, PT Astra Daihatsu Motor was established as a merger results of 3 companies, PT Daihatsu Indonesia, PT Daihatsu Engine Manufacturing Indonesia and PT National Astra Motor. Position Requirements:

• Minimum D4/S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineerin, Accounting, Marketing and Communication with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Male/Female, with a maximum age of 26 year old.
• Maximum 3 years of experience, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Preferably good level in English.
• Have strong interest in manufacturing process.
• Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skill.

Junior Staff

Requirements:

• Minimum D3  majoring in Management, Informatics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Male/Female, with a maximum age of 25 year old.
• Maximum 2 years of experience, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Preferably good level in English.
• Have strong interest in manufacturing process.
• Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skill.

Car Designer

Requirements

• Minimum D4/S1 majoring in Product Design or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Male/Female, with a maximum age of 25 year old.
• Maximum 3 years of experience, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Preferably good level in English.
• Have strong interest in Car Design process.
• Have a good skills in CAD, CATIA , Pro-E, Solidworks.
