Requirement Xpra / Xpri :

• Not older than 35 years of age.
• Hold FAC.
• Minimum height of 165 cm – 180 cm (Xpra) and 160 cm - 170 cm (Xpri) with weight proportional.
• Good looking.
• Active in English.
• Able to work under pressure and as a team.
• In good health condition.

Requirement Inital FA :

• Not older than 24 years of age.
• Minimum height of 165 cm – 180 cm (Male) and 160 cm - 170 cm (Female) with weight proportional.
• Good looking.
• Active in English.
• Able to work under pressure and as a team.
• In good health condition.

1. Cover letter.
2. Curicullum Viate (CV)/
3. Police Records (SKCK).
4. Permit letter from parents (father / mother) and guardian (sealed).
5. Copies of ID Card (applicants, husband / wife, parent (father / mother) and guardian).
6. Copy of birth certificate / birth recognition letter.
7. Copy of family card (KK).
8. Copy of diploma from elementary, junior high, high school / vocational school, D3, S1
9. Copy of marriage certificate or certificate of unmarried
10. Certificate of escapes need (for which they work).
11. Recent photograph size 4 × 6 (2 pieces with a red background).
12. Drug-free certificate from the competent authority.
