ITC) is Jakarta based trading company and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. ITC running business in the field of general trading and wholesale trading, including distribution, export, and import of hazardous chemicals, agro products, fertilizers & pesticides, construction material, consumer products, and also asset. ITC was established in 2003 as a merger results of 3 state-owned trading company, namely PT Dharma Niaga (Persero), PT Tjipta Niaga (Persero), and PT Pantja Niaga (Persero).
ITC now has 34 branch offices throughout Indonesia and also supported by 3 subsidiaries/affiliates, namely PT Dharma Niaga Putra Steel, PT Trisari Veem, and PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia. In terms of financial performance, ITC's total revenue reported 50.26% down, from Rp 2,985 billion in 2012 to Rp 1,484 billion in 2013, while Company’s comprehensive income declined by 69.87% to Rp 18.21 billion from Rp 60.47 billion.
