- Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3) in all accredited faculites/departements (PTN/PTS) for Mantri and FO.
- Minimum requirement of Bachelor Degree (S1) in all accredited faculites/departements (PTN/PTS) for AO.
- Maximum age as of 20 November 2014.
- Maximum age of 25 years old for fresh graduate.
- Maximum age of 30 years old for experienced candidates in the field of marketing.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 (on a 4-point scale).
- Have high integrity and initiative as well as have a wide relationship/networking.
- Able to drive a motor vehicle and have driving license class A/C (SIM A/C).
