In terms of financial performance, WIKA has grown significantly. It is shown by its achievement to obtain total sales with total values at Rp 5.85 trillion (excluding JO projects sales) in the first semester of 2014 or grew by 10.80% compared to the same period in 2013 which valued at Rp 5.28 trillio. Requirements

• Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Economics, and Health and Safety (K3).
• Fresh Graduate.
• Preferably Male.
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS).
• Have a good health history (weight balanced).
• No color blind (partial or total).
• Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing (minimum TOEFL or equivalent score of 500).
• Able to work using retaled computer software applications.
• Strong motivation, energetic, adaptable and a team player.
• Willing to be palced in all area ​​operation of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk.
