Requirements

• All Academic Major
• Capabilities and competencies:
• Understanding the aspects of HSE Refinery, Refinery Management, Refinery Maintenance Management, Refinery Operation & Economic, Contract Management, Project Management, Strategic Cost Reduction, EIA/AMDAL and Integrated Quality and Environmental Management.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience in coordinating the implementation of the Projects, or experienced as Supervisor in Refinery Maintenance / Reliability Refinery / Eng. & Dev.
