Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan - PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan (abbreviated as PNPM-Mpd) is a government program focusing on community's capacity building with main tasks to alleviate the poverty in Indonesia. The Program is the largest poverty reduction programs in the world based on community empowerment. To date, PNPM-Mpd was implemented in approximately 60,000 villages nationwide. PNPM-Mpd are chosen and designed by communities at district level. PNPM-Mpd was formed to supports the working area of the PNPM Mandiri and its targets are rural communities. PNPM Mandiri was started in 2007 and launched by the President of Indonesia at Palu Central Sulawesi. PNPM Mandiri focuses on providing financial aid to various community-based programs that aim to alleviate the poverty of its members.

Requirements
- Female, single/not married with not more than 30 years of age.
- Education
- Have a Diploma Degree/D3 (preferably from Computer discipline, graduation and experience at least 3 years.
- Have a Bachelor Degree/S1 (preferably from Computer discipline), graduation and experience at least 1 year.
- Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office.
- Have a good secretarial skill.
- Good appearance.
