Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan or abbreviated as BPJS TK (previously known as JAMSOSTEK) is the Indonesian Social Security Management Agency with main task to organize the social security workforce, including occupational accident,  pension, old-age risk and death benefit schemes. The Agency was established in January 2014 to replace the fuction of a state-owned social security workforce company PT Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Persero) or widely known as JAMSOSTEK. The Agency is domiciled in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Jl Jendral Gatot Subroto No 79 Jakarta Selatan 12930. At present, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan manages 11 regional offices and 121 branch offices throughout Indonesia. In terms of financial performance, the Agency booked total dues of Rp 12,856 billion in the first semester of 2014 (1H 2014). This reflected an 27.5% increase from Rp 10,084 billion in 1H 2013. Requirements

• Able to monitor the realization of the use of budget.

Penata Madya Umum

Requirements

• Hold a Diploma Degree (D3) from all majors.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Marketing/Relationship Officer

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Good appearance with height of 165 - 185 cm (Male) or 158 - 175 cm (Female) and a weight proportional.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent passionate in sales/marketing.

• Passed in 2 module exams profession from Society of Actuaries of Indonesia is a plus

General Requirements

• Graduated from a reputable university with an accredited study program of at least B.
• Minimum cumulative GPA (on a 4.00 grade scale) :
• D3/S1 : Minimum GPA of 2.75.
• S2 :Minimum GPA of 3.25 with minimum GPA S1 of 3.00.
• Age as of 31 December 2014 :
• D3 : Not to 25th birthday on 31 December 2014.
• S1 : Not to 27th birthday on 31 December 2014.
• S2 : Not to 29th birthday on 31 December 2014.
•  Not a child, sibling, brother/sister, brother/sister in law of Active Employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. 
• Proficient in computer literacy, especially MS Office and MS Excel.
• Having experience in similar job title is a plus.
• Willing to be placed around the working area of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Willing to undergo bond work for the first 2 years of employment.
