PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk - Jasa Marga or Indonesia Higway Corporatama is the largest state-owned toll road operator in Indonesia. The Company was established in 1978 with Jakarta - Bogor - Ciawi (Jagorawi) Toll road as its first toll Road in Indonesia which operated by Jasa Marga. As of December 2013, the Government of Indonesia owned 70% shares in Jasa Marga, while the remaining 30% shares was owned by Public. Jasa Marga has 12 subsidiaries (ownership > 50%) and 6 associates (ownership < 50%). Jasa Marga is based in Jakarta and has 10 branches and business units. Jasa Marga achieved positive financial performance in 2013, where total operating revenue in 2013 amounted to Rp10,295 billion or increased 13.5% compared to 2012 which was Rp 9,070 billion. Total assets continue to grow by 14.59% to Rp 28,388 billion from Rp 24,754 billion in 2012. This was stated by Jasa Marga in its 2013 annual report as cited by JobsCDC.com.

General Requirements
- Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable and accredited university, majoring in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication, Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, Law, Psychology.
- Minimum GPA 2.75 (scale of 4).
- Preferably actively involved in organizational activities.
- Maximum age 25 years old as of 31 December 2013.
- Willing to be placed throughout the Company's operations.
