PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera is a part subsidiary company of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) or Pelindo 3, a leading state-owned port operator with operational area covers 7 provinces, consist of East Java, Central Java, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, and East Nusa Tenggara. PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera was established in 2014 and headquartered in Surabaya. PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera was formed to manages outsourcing labor (outsourcing) of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). Previously, outsourced labor of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) are under cooperative management of Pelindo 3. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) spent approximately Rp 17.5 billion to form PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera.

Due to strengthen its team, PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera currently is seeking highly qualified professional candidates who are willing to work in a team and challenging environtment for following positions

1. Operator RS/Side Loader/Straddle Carrier (ORS)
2. Container Inspector (Pre Gate)/Petugas Inspeksi Container (CNI)
3. Exception Container Administrator/Petugas Administrasi Container Khusus (ECA)
4. Security Patrol/Pengamanan Pelabuhan (SCP)
5. Service Desk/Pelayanan Pelanggan (SVD)
6. Technical Support/Staf IT (TCS)
7. Operator CTT/Pengemudi Truk - Trailer (OCT)
8. Petugas Operasional Dermaga (TLD)

General Requirements

• Male (ORS, SCP, SVD, TCS, TLD)
• SMA or equivalent, D3 Computer Science (TCS), D1 Computer Science (SVD)
• Maximum age per 1 March 2014
• Maximum age 40 years old (ORS, OCT)
• Maximum age 35 years old (CI, ECA, SP Danton, TLY)
• Maximum age 30 years old (SCP)
• Maximum age 25 years old (SVD, TCS)
• Computer literate (CNI, ECA, SVD, TCS, TLD)
• Preferably experienced in conducting inspection gate (CNI)
• Not tattoed and preferable having garda pertama certificate (SCP)
• Mastering Windows based operation system and network, fluent in English, responsive and communicative (SVD, TCS)
• Have SIM B1/B2, able to drive truck/trailler, minimum 1 year of experience (OCT)
