1. Micro Cluster Manager (Code: CM)
2. Micro Unit Manager (Code: UM)
3. Cluster Collection Officer (Code: CCO)
4. Cluster Financing Officer (Code: CFO)
5. Cluster Support (Code: SP)
6. Unit Financing Analyst (Code: FA)
7. Micro Collection (Code: COL)
8. Micro Sales (Code: SL)

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Maximum age 28 years old (SP, FA, COL, SL), 35 years  old (UM, CCO, CFO) and 40 years (CM).
• Minimum Bachelor Degree/S1 (CM, UM, CCO, FO) and Diploma Degree/D3 (SP, FA, COL, SL)
• Understand the business and also basic knowledge of micro banking (CM, UM, CCO, FO, SP, FA, COL, SL)
• Have a good knowledge of financing and collateral valuation analysis. (CM, UM, CCO, FO, )
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in banking, leasing, financial institutions and credit unions (CM, UM, CCO, FO)
• Have a good leadership and managerial skills as well as experience as a finance breaker (CM, UM)
• Love a challenge and are able to work with the target (CM, UM)
• Good looking, confident, and have good communication skills (CM, UM)
• Open for fresh graduates, but preferably have a minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in the field of banking, leasing, financial institutions and credit unions (SP, FA, COL, SL)
• Love a challenge and are able to work with the target (SL).
• Good looking, confident, and have good communication skills (SL)

General Requirements

3. Able to work together in teams
