PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) - PT Inti (Persero) is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) in Indonesia that deals with telecommunication and related business, headquartered in Bandung West Java. Based on PT Inti (Persero) Financial Statements 2011, the Company sucessfully maintained profitability. PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) posted total comprehensive income worth of Rp10.42 billion, up 118.9% from total comprehensive income in 2010 amounting to Rp4.76 billion. In 2012, PT Inti (Persero) received numerous national awards in BUMN Marketing Day 2012, among others Bronze Winner in category of Strategic Marketing, Bronze Winner in category of Tactical Marketing, and Bronze Winner in category of Special Award.

Requirements
- Have good academic achievement at a college that has a good reputation with min accredited B (PTN/PTS), or from overseas universities.
- Active in English, both verbal and written.
- Have a strong leadership skill, capable of leading the team, and target oriented.
- Have good confidence and communication skills to build relationships, present ideas, and searching for information related to the job.
- Able to work in teams, cooperative and able to undertake active efforts in adjusting to respect the norms of the organization.
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Energetic, healthy and have a high mobility, ready to take a trip out of town and assigned throughout Indonesia for a period of time.
- Willing recruited as Management Trainee, where previous work experience is not taken into account.
- Not being a bond with other agencies.
- Willing to sign a contract for one year and work on Conflict of Interest Statement when it meets the requirements and qualify selection process, and can be appointed as permanent employees if the company meets the applicable terms and conditions.
