PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia - TMMIN is  a well-established automotive company in Indonesia engaged in assembler and exporter of Toyota vehicles and also spare parts manufacturer. Toyota has had a presence in Indonesia for more than 40 years. PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia incorporated in 2001 as a joint venture company between Toyota Motor Corporation, a world largest automotive company from Japan (95% shares) with PT Astra International Tbk, a largest automotive based holding company in Indonesia (5% shares). TMMIN headquartered in Jakarta and supported by 2 manufacturing facilities. TMMIN installed production capacity more than 110,000 units per year. During the first semester of 2012, Toyota production rose 79.25% to 79,161 units from 44,000 units in the first semester of 2010.

To support the business expansion and its organic growth, PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

Toyota New Employee Development Program

Responsibilities:
  1. HR – MAN POWER PLANNING (MPP)
    • Develop annual total Manpower strategy for Production and Office area
    • Manpower planning operation & maintaining its indicator to lead recruitment operation
    • Analyzing manpower impact to labor cost
    • Involve in Productivity improvement
  2. HR - Organizational Development (OD)
    • Analyze root causes for organizational problems and recommend corrective actions
    • Develop strategic plan for achieve organizational goals
    • Develop best practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness
    • Identify performance gaps and determine training needs
Requirements
  • UNIVERSITY Graduate, majoring from Industrial Engineer with GPA > 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
  • Preferably maximum age is  28 years old
  • Fresh Graduate or having 1 – 2 year experience in the same field will be advantages.
  • Good in Logical Number (HR-MPP), strong in analysis, and Computer Literature (Excel spread Sheet and Database program related)
  • Strive for excellence and high willingness to learn
  • High initiative and good teamwork
  • Proviciency in English both oral and written
