PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) - PNM is a raputable state-owned financial company in Indonesia, established in 1999 and formed by the Government of Indonesia. During 2012, PNM has strengthened its micro business network by adding 100 ULaMM units in all over Indonesia. As of December 2012, PNM managed 580 office networks, include 22 branches, 5 sub branches, 76 claster offices, 477 ULaMM units spread in 22 province of Indonesia. Based on PNM consolidated financial statements 2012, the Company posted total assets of Rp3.87 trillion for the end of 2012.

Marketing Trainee Program (MTP)

Requirements

• Male/Female, and not married
• Min D3 from all majors with GPA min 2.75 (scale 4)
• Max age 25 years old
• Mastering in local language and culture
• Having a good communication skill, honest, disciplined and target oriented
• Health, drug free and not involved violations of the law
• Willing to undergo a bonds department
• Willing to follow training in Makassar (for area Kalbar, Kaltim, Kalsel, Sulut, Sulteng, Sultra, Sulses, Maluku, and Maluku Utara)

Marketing Unit (MKU)

Requirements

• Male or Female, with max age 32 years old
• Min D3 from all majors
• Preferably having experience as sales/marketing at least 1 year in micro finance institution and having customer base
• Mastering in local language and culture
• Having a good communication skill, honest, disciplined and target oriented
• Health, drug free and not involved violations of the law
• Having motor vehicle (SIM C)

Placements

1. Area Sulselbar : Sudu, Makale, Lamasi, Bone-Bone
2. Area Sultra : Lombe, Buton Utara, Wanci
3. Area Sulteng : Toli-Toli, Kotaraya, Tolai, Pasang Kayu, Ampana, Luwuk, Morowali
4. Area Ambon
