MOP0009_SUPERINTENDENT - LOAD AND HAUL

Requirements

• B. Sc Degree or Diploma in Mine Engineering
• Certified of Competency for Middle Operational Sepervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DMER
• Min 15 years of Mine Operation related experience is required
• Min 10 years of related Supervisory/Management experience
• Technical background in Mine Engineering includes Mine planning and scheduling, Mine Economic evaluation, Slope stability, Equipment sellection and calculation & Mine Management
• Experience in the management and administration of budgets in a multinational company
• Strong leadership and a people oriented oultook
• Good written and oral communication skills

Requirements

• Min 10 years experience in large open pit mining operations
• Certified of Competency for Middle Operational Sepervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DMER
• Ability and derire to support and develop employees
• B.S Degree in Mine Engineering or equivalent field experience woould be an advantage
• Experience in the menegement and administration of crew and equipment
• Strong leadership and a people oriented outlook
• Good written and oral communication skills
