The Company was established in 2012 and formed by PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk, the publicly listed major gas transportation and distribution company in Indonesia. PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk has a majority stake of 99.986% with a total paid up capital of Rp 375 billion. PGN LNG is based in Jakarta located in Graha Pgas Building, 7th Floor Jl KH Zainul Arifin No 20 Jakarta 11140. PT PGN LNG Indonesia will focus on operational Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRU) Lampung.

Finance & Administration Group

• Procurement Manager (PCM)
• General Affair Manager (GAM)
• Corporate Finance Manager (CFM)
• Accounting Specialist (ACT)
• Tax Specialist (TAX)

Technical Operations Group

• Vice President Engineering (VPE)
• Marine Terminal Superintendent (MTS)
• Marine Operation Officer (MOO)
• Liquid-Gas-Management System Specialist (LGS)
• Operation and Maintenance Facility Specialist (OMS)
• Health Safety Environment Manager (HSE)
• Environtment Specialist (ENS)

Legal Support

• Junior Legal Counsel (LGL)

Requirements are as follows

1. Min 2 years experience in related positions (all position)
2. Oil and gas background with LNG experience preferably (all position)
3. Fluent in Oral and written English (all position)
4. Bachelor degree in Economic, have experience about GSA/GSPA and Gas Contract (GMM)
5. Bachelor degree in Economic/Technic, min 4 years experience in the filed of business development/research and development (CPM)
6. Previous experience as Engineering Manager, have knowledge of Gas Pipeline or Gas Station Facility (VPE)
7. Min ANT I, able to make Gas Operation Distribution procedure (MTS)
8. Min ANT III, previous experience in LNG Operation, have knowledge of marine rules (MOO)
9. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Chemical (HSE)
10. Bachelor degree in Technic, precious experience in metering system and gas station (LGS)
11. Bachelor degree in Law (LGL)
12. Bachelor degree in Economic (SEA, ACT, TAX)
