The Company operates was established in 1996 and operates as a joint venture company between Astra Otopart Group (Astra International Group) and Aisin Japan Group (Member of Toyota Manufacturer Corporation Group). The Company is domiciled in East Jakarta Industrial Park (EJIP) Plot 5J Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi 17750. The Company produces high quality automotive parts, including clutch system, door farme & lock, window regulator, and hood lock & hinge.  The Company also produces drive train, and engine parts, such as: Resin intake Manifold.
