Requirements

• Male/Female with max age 25 years old
• Not married, good looking
• Heigt min 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female
• Min SMA or equivalent
• Domiciled in Balikpapan

Document Required

1. 1 sheet of posctard size full body color photograph
2. 1 sheet of 4x6 photograph
3. Copy of ID Card
4. Legalized copy academic certificate
5. Valid SKCK
6. Unmarried certificate from KUA

Security

Requirements

• Male/Female with max age 35 years old
• Married/Not married
• Height min 175 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female
• Weight proportional to height
• Min SMA or equivalent
• Preferably experienced

Document required

1. 1 sheet of 4x6 color photograph
2. Copy of ID card
3. Copy of family card (KK)
4. Legalized copy of academic certificate
5. Working reference (if any)
6. Medical certificate
7. Valid SKCK
8. Drug-free certificate
