PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) - PNM is a fast growing state owned (BUMN) financial companies in Indonesia. The Company established in 1999 and engaged to provide financing solutions to MSMEs and co-operatives segments. In 2008, PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) based in Jakarta and in 2008 PNM launched the direct financing program called by ULaMM (Micro Capital Service Unit). ULaMM is a capital loan service for micro and small business accompanied by technical assistance in developing the operation. As of December 2010, PNM operated 276 micro finance units in all over Indonesia.

In line with the ULaMM business expantion plans, Currently PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) need energetic young professionals & dynamic to join as position below which will be placed in Central Java area (Semarang, Pekalongan, Tegal, Slawi, Randudongkal, Wonosobo, Eks-Karisidenan Kedu, Pati, Rembang, Purwodadi, Wirosari, Kudus):

Unit Manager (UM)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 36 years old
• Min D3 from all major
• Preferably experinced min 2 years as head or 3 years as loan officer/marketing officer in micro finance
• Experinced in lead a team
• Mastering in local language/cultural
• Preferably has a customer base and own motorcycle (SIM C)

Loan Officer (LO)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 32 years old
• Min D3 from all major
• Preferably experienced min 2 years as loan/credit officer in micro finance
• Mastering in local language/cultural
• Computer literated min MS Office
• Preferably has a customer base and own motorcycle (SIM C)

Marketing Officer (MO)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 32 years old
• Min D3 from all major
• Preferred has experince min 1 year as sales/marketing in bank or finance institution
• Mastering in local language/cultural
• Preferably has a customer base and own motorcycle (SIM C)

Collector (CO)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 26 years old (preferably single, not married)
• Min D3 in Accounting/Finance with experienced min 1 year as finance staff/credit
• Preferred has experince min 2 years as collector in bank or finance institution
• Computer literated min MS Office
• Able t ride a motorcycle and has SIM C
• Mastering in Accounting and Finance Administration
• Have a good communication skills

Supporting (SU)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 26 years old (preferably single, not married)
• Min D3 in Accounting/Finance with experienced min 1 year as finance staff/credit
• Preferred has experince min 2 years as collector in bank or finance institution
• Computer literated min MS Office
• Able to ride a motorcycle and has SIM C
• Mastering in Accounting and Finance Administration
• Have a good communication skills

Cashier (CS)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 22 years old (preferably single, not married)
• Min SLTA or related with experience min 1 year in finance administration
• Computer literate min MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Able to ride a motorcycle and has SIM C
• Mastering in Accounting and Finance Administration
• Have a good communication skills

Remedial Cluster (RMD)

Requirements

• Male with max age 32 years old
• Min D3
• Experienced min 1 year as a remedial staff
• Understanding in credit law
• Experienced with troubled debtors with hard collection, auctions & litigation
• Has own motorcycle (SIM C)

Placements : Semarang, Pekalongan, Tegal, Slawi, Randudongkal, Wonosobo, Eks-Karisidenan Kedu, Pati, Rembang, Purwodadi, Wirosari, Kudus
