The roles and responsibility include:

• Deliver a quality community investment plan for different projects - Asses the non-technical aspects of the projects. Lead/influence team and third parties to deliver commitments safely, on track and on budget, and in accordance with the Company’s values and ethics

Support the needs of company, such as obtaining permits, visits, AMDAL implementation, manpower mob/demobilization, recruitment, etc. Become a main contact for Company in dealing with the key local stakeholders. Regularly promote, socialize and update Company’s safety/growth agenda, values and activities. Handle all community-related issues, review and make necessary recommendation to management
• Provide regular updates/recommendations to Company on local issues/challenges
• Comply with required legal and administrative standards to ensure that the program is properly funded and administered

The ideal candidate will have
Minimum 5 years field assignment in public affairs or in related field, preferably in the oil & gas industry, mining, banking and manufacturing industry. Fluent in English : verbal communication, reporting and presentation skills. Good understanding of relevant Indonesian Laws/regulations. Reliable negotiator, communicator and excellent interpersonal skills.
