Responsibilities:
  • Controlling of Marketing's programs execution, forecasting for stocks, planning and production of several commercial campaign to various media placement ( TV, Radio, News Paper, Magz etc ), big events, and managing new product launch planning.
  • Coordinate, support and ensure all Area Promotion team executes marketing activities that inline with brand strategy
  • Monthly budget controlling for ATL&BTL programs
  • Monitoring market trend for beverages
  • Creating ideas of promotion programs for existing & new products
  • Develop programs to meet needs of both consumers and retail customers.
  • Analyze markets for business trends and market insights.
  • Increase sales of major brands through new product development, packaging, merchandising, and advertising.

Plan, manage and controls problems handling and potential issues related with the community development plan and implementation activities (including identify the problems, leading in litigation process, liaise with the company’s lawyer/law firm). Plan and manage the acquisition of land for all areas needed to support the projects’s development across all CCoWs and areas on interest. Ensure proper coordination with and involvement of relevant government institutions, community groups and other stakeholders to achieve required land access and approvals. This position will be assigned to site with 5-2 roster (5 weeks on; 2 weeks off)

To be considered to this position, at least Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 5-7 years experience in CDR & LA team. Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa and English (oral and written) are desirable. Willingness to learn, work hard, diligence, honesty, high motivation would be an advantage
