Leaf Field Superintendent
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Area Manager you will be responsible to own and manage production area, working together with partner farmer to achieve yield, production, quality and price target whilst managing farmer production cost and advance distribution & repayment to produce tobacco within the standard of British American Tobacco Social responsibility in Tobacco production to meet company objective as a whole.
Requirements:
- Passion to work in the field and solving field problem across Indonesia
- Minimum D3 graduate from reputable university. Agronomy background will be a plus.
- Having experience in Tobaccos Growing / Production environment is a must.
- Previous experience working together with farmer in partnership system will be an advantage
- Posses excellent communication & influencing skill especially in farming community
- Have the passion and ambition for self development
- Able to drive motorcycle and possess valid C driving license
