Management Development Program (MDP)

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
• GPA minimum 3,00
• Maximum 27 years old
• Fresh graduates or maximum 3 years experience
• Strong academic background from any diciplines
• Energetic, having business sense, and drive for result
• Proven leadership & Interpersonal skill in extracurricular activities
• Good communication skill
• Good command in English with toefl 500
• Willingness to be located throughtout Indonesia is a must

Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma degree from reputable university
• GPA minimum 3,00
• Maximum 25 years old
• Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years experience
• Strong academic background from any diciplines
• Energetic, having business sense, and drive for result
• Proven leadership & Interpersonal skill in extracurricular activities
• Good communication skill
• Good command in English with Toefl minimum 500
• Willingness to be located throughtout Indonesia is a must
