Business Solution Executive

Location : Region 3 (area Jawa Timur )

Scope of works:
Implement business operational system of franchisee (CPM & Franchise Retail) by installing them with Holcim’s Solusi Rumah Management System (especially in Inventory Management System for Franchise Retail and Enterprise Resource Planning for CPM facility). Ensuring Holcim’s Solusi Rumah shop outlets had sufficient knowledge of Solusi Rumah products, services and business model by managing the overall transfer knowledge process and/or training implementation in Solusi Rumah shop outlets all over Indonesia.

Requirements:
  • Education Bachelor Degree on Accounting, Business Administration, Computer- Accounting
  • Experience A working knowledge with a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience of Accounting/Accounting Software
  • Knowledgeable and/or willing to learn about Accounting Software, banking/financial relations
  • Computer literacy ; Accounting Software, banking/financial relations
  • Good command in English both oral & written

Territory sales officer (TSO R1)

Location : Majalengka

Scope of works:
Maintaining and expand cement sales for PTSC in his territory ( meet targets ) Provide support for the Regional Superintendent Provide direction to ( distributor ) salesman

Requirements:
  • Education S1 any discipline, with 3 years Sales experience
  • Experience Minimum 1 years in current position,
  • 3 years Sales experience
  • Knowledge of cement
  • Knowledge of business environment
  • Computer literacy Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
  • Good command in English both oral & written

SR. MARKET ANALYST

Location : Head Office

Scope of works:
Research market trends and prepare possible scenarios to allow informed decision making, with specific focus on product supply informations & trade channels both transactional & transformational.

Requirements:
  • Education to a University Degree level, master degree would be of advantage
  • Experience Minimum 3 years experiences in the similar post or other relevant posts with high involvement in data analysis where the incumbent shaped up his/her analytical skill & translating data into decision making
  • Computer literacy Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
  • Good command in English both oral & written
Other qualification / skills
  • Sound marketing knowledge & consumer analysis
  • Analytical thinking => ability to compile, interpret & analyze data, link it to business reality and turn it into actionable information and produce recommendations
  • Strong in numerical figures
  • Report writing & presentation skill
