The Putera Sampoerna School of Education (SSE) was established to train and develop professionally certified teachers with International standards and to equip them with best-practices in the latest teaching methodologies. Built upon the experiences and expertise of the Sampoerna Foundation Teacher Institute from training over 14.000 professional teachers in Indonesia in the last 3 years, the SSE is a licensed, degree-granting college, managed by the Sampoerna Foundation. The school offers a unique Career Management Program designed to prepare future leaders for the education sector and provides career opportunities within the Sampoerna Foundation network of schools upon graduation. To support its operation, we are looking for qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as :

School Development Facilitator

Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure high quality deliverables of SSE Outreach under the School Development Programs with focus on the Program Needs Analysis development, programs development and preparation, module development, module delivery, reporting and customer feedback collection. This position also will assist the Head of Department to manage Advisory Services, Community Assistance Services and CRS wich focus on the School Development programs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor degree in the area of Educatuion Science / Education Studies. Holding a master degree in education area will be a significant advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years facilitation experience as a teacher preferably in an international standard school
  • Minimum 2 years managerial experience in a School Management area.
  • Extensive project and program management experiences.
  • Has knowledge and experience on the latest learning and teaching enhancement
  • Experience in liasing with the government bodies / organizations/ Institutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent English skills both spoken and written.
  • Outgoing, open minded an easilly embrace new teaching and learning methods.
Head of Quality Management Assurance

Responsibilities:
  • Manage activities related to quality control, quality development, and quality assurance in academic as well as administrative operation of SSE.
  • Devise strategies and manage the preparation and the attainment for license renewal, accreditation process, and certification process of SSE.
  • Manage the SSE Internal Quality Assurance process and standards consistent and incompliance with accreditation requirements to sustain & improve the accreditation result.
  • Manage internal audit activities including financial & operational audit to ensure good corporate/institution governance as well as business & financial integrity.
  • Ensure good corporate / institution governance and internal control of SSE.
Requirements:
  • At least Master Degree Certification in Audit or Quality Assessment will be an advantage
  • Preferably have minimum 3 -years experience in quality management, evaluation research and or Audit functions, where 2-years in managerial position.
  • Preferably has experience in HE accreditation process
  • Preferably has experience in participating in HE Quality Assurance Workshop
  • Good understanding of HE Quality Assurance System
  • Excellent understanding of National Education Standard (SNP)
  • Familiar with HE accreditation process both nationally and internationally
  • Solid computer literacy skill in MS Office.
  • High attention to details.
  • Strong integrity.

  • Time Management skill.
  • Stress Tolerance/ability to handle pressure.
  • Audit instinct.
  • Number crunching ability.
  • Excellent systematic approach
Project Operations Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating project preparation (project budget planning, schedule, port-folio [content curriculum program, model, etc], resource planning, project productivity, and project logistics).
  • Coordinating project execution.
  • Coordinating the monitoring and evaluation of project performance/productivity.
  • Consolidating customer feedbacks.
  • Consolidating the reports of project productivity.
Requirements:
  • At least Bachelor Degree, preferably Master Degree in area of Management/Business/Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years in coordinating and managing some projects as Project Officer/Coordinator
  • Excellent Proficiency in English, both writing and spoken.
  • Strong communication and presentation skill, previous experience in working with expatriate will be advantageous.
  • Strong Leadership.
  • Strong Project Management Skill.
  • Storng Time Management skills
  • Strong Coaching and Counseling Skill.
