Etisalat Afghanistan is a newly established GSM operator in Afghanistan. In May 2006 Telecommunications Corporation [Etisalat of the Unites Arab Emirates] signed an agreement with Afghan authorities in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. to operate a GSM network across Afghanistan and become the fourth GSM operator in the country.

Etisalat Afghanistan is 100% owned by Etisalat U.A.E. Etisalat UAE (the parent company) is the sixth largest company in the Middle East and has subsidiaries in Benin, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Egypt, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Niger Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Togo, Tanzania, Nigeria , Zanzibar, Pakistan and India.

VP Corporate Affairs & PMO Director – Corporate Affairs

VP Corporate Affairs
The incumbent is responsible for designing and implementing corporate strategic as well operational frameworks and plans aligned with Corporate Business plans and strategies; ensure that strategy is articulated into measurable goals and objectives and smooth execution of projects and programs.

Requirements :
Candidates should have Bachelors, preferably Masters Degree in Engineering and minimum 15 years of relevant work experience preferably in telecom.

PMO Director – Corporate Affairs
The incumbent shall maintain continuous linkage of programs and projects with enterprise business strategy and direction; monitor and oversee programmes & project selection, appraisal, execution and termination through a project portfolio management process.

Requirements :
Candidates should have Bachelors in Business or Engineering preferably an MBA with minimum 12-14 years of relevant experience preferably in telecom. PMP certification will be additional advantage.

Product Pricing Manager & Product Manager- Enterprise, Elite and Post-Paid

Product Pricing Manager
The incumbent is responsible for end to end product pricing; ensure that pricing strategies are attractive and reasonable to attract maximum subscribers, keep well informed about market and competitors etc.

Requirements :
Candidates should have an MBA in Marketing / Sales with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience preferably in telecom.

Product Manager- Enterprise, Elite and Post-Paid
The incumbent is responsible for developing tailor made strategies aligned with corporate business plans. Ensure that ‑­maximum customers and population use Etisalat products and also measure ROI for every product.

Requirements :
Candidates should have an MBA in Marketing / Sales with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience preferably in telecom.

GEO Marketing Manager & Direct Sales Manager

GEO Marketing Manager
The incumbent shall manage a team to survey the provinces and provide all marketing requirements; responsible for advertisement strategy as well as operational plans and its smooth execution.

Requirements :
Candidates should have an MBA in Marketing / Sales with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience preferably in telecom.

Direct Sales Manager
The incumbent is responsible for product success, market share, sales/service success, market and competitor analysis, including product profitability, scalability, service; defining standards, targets, regulations and policies for retail shops and sales force.

Requirements :
Candidates should have an MBA in Marketing / Sales with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience preferably in telecom.

Business Project Manager – IT & Manager, Internal Audit IS

Business Project Manager
The incumbent is responsible for smooth execution of business project plans and strategies aligned with corporate plans; review, analyze and recommend new solutions to achieve highest standards of quality and bench mark with industrial practices.

Requirements :
Candidates should have Bachelors, preferably Masters Degree in IT, IS or Computer Sciences with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience preferably in telecom.

Manager, Internal Audit IS
The incumbent is responsible for smooth execution of internal audit strategies related to IT, conduct IT audits as per the approved guidelines of the company. Report any possible gaps and recommend workable solutions.

Requirements :
Candidates should have Bachelors, preferably Masters Degree in IT, IS or Computer Sciences with minimum 8 years of relevant experience preferably in telecom.

IP and DCN Manager – IT & IT Security Manager

The incumbent is responsible for comprehensive network analysis, review and audit of existing systems, mapping new processes, define project scope, project delivery plans, budgetary control, resource planning in operations of data center and ensure 24/7 technical support in evaluation, test-running.

Requirements :
Candidates should have Bachelors, preferably Masters Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.

IT Security Manager
The incumbent is responsible for IT security matters; ensure that high-end security guidelines are executed to safeguard & secure all Etisalat information; ensure that proper checks are in place to monitor day to day security measures.

Requirements :
Candidates should have Bachelors, preferably Masters Degree in IT, IS or Computer Sciences with minimum 8 years of relevant experience preferably in telecom.

Training Director & Human Resources Planning Director

The incumbent is responsible for strategic as well as operational plans for training & development of the company staff in alignment with employee development; business goals and objectives; develop effective systems for TNA; measuring ROI for trainings; execute effective leadership programs, training plans, and calendars.

Requirements :
Candidates should have an MBA in HR/Management with minimum 12-14 years of relevant work experience preferably in telecom.

Human Resources Planning Director
The incumbent is responsible to develop, implement and monitor effective human resources strategies, policies, procedures and organizational infrastructure; provide a responsive human resources business partnership; provide HR advisory services to key stake-holders of Etisalat Afghanistan.

Requirements :
Candidates should have an MBA in HR/Management with minimum 12-14 years of relevant work experience preferably in telecom.

Revenue Assurance Senior Manager & Management Accounts Senior Manager

Management Accounts Senior Manager
The incumbent is responsible for execution of strategies and frameworks; prepare reports on company budgeting, financial performance evaluation, cost management, monthly forecast; negotiate for major projects using accounting methods and standards,

Requirements :
Candidates should have Bachelors, preferably MBA Finance with minimum 10-12 years of relevant work experience. Additional advantage for CPA, ACCA, CA qualified.

Consumer Sales Director & Marketing Director

Marketing Director
The incumbent shall define EA marketing objectives in line with the corporate strategy and objectives; develop strategies and the competencies required to realize these objectives; lead a team of marketing managers; develop the yearly marketing plan for EA; lead the business intelligence team to research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors; ensure effective monitoring of marketing results and evaluate market reactions to advertising programs.

Requirements :
Candidates should have an MBA in Marketing / Advertising / Sales and a minimum of 12-14 years of relevant experience, with minimum 2 years in leading marketing functions in the telecom industry.

VP Project and Development – IT & ISP Director

The incumbent is responsible for smooth execution of strategic as well as operational IT frameworks and KPIs; ensure that all IT Projects and Development Initiatives are compliant with organizational strategy; lead IT Project and development teams at different levels and mentor teams to develop project development skills.

Requirements :
Candidates should have Bachelors, preferably Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering and minimum 15 years of relevant work experience preferably in telecom.

ISP Director
The incumbent shall provide leadership in execution and enhancement of business processes and management of functional unit; ensure and manage high availability of the ISP infrastructure; ensures physical stability and security of EA’s ISP infrastructure; ensures proper and smooth operation of network and internet connectivity in the company.

Requirements :
Candidates should have Bachelors, preferably Masters Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and minimum 12-14 years of relevant work experience preferably in telecom.
