Account Manager

Qualification:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from University, in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in General Insurance, preferably from Marketing
  • Good knowledge in General Insurance products
  • Willing to be given a personal target of production and work under pressure
  • Proactive, self motivated and enjoy meeting people
  • Self driven
  • Strong attitude toward customer orientation and customer satisfaction
  • Highly motivated, have a strong interpersonal skills
  • Good administration capability
  • Good command in English, both oral and writing
  • Good knowledge in computer applications (word, Excel, etc)
Job responsibility:
  • To achieve target for personal and commercial line of business from Direct Customer and/ or Financial Institution market
  • To handle and follow up customers who request for personal lines insurance
  • Prepare all of the correspondences, including quotations and other documents needed, and administration works which related with the respective accounts
  • Able to negotiate and deal with underwriters
  • Plan/schedule time for visiting client/ prospective client
  • Produce report which related to his/her activity and responsibility
  • Cooperate with other divisions such Finance, claim and others, which related to his/her responsibility
  • Responsibility for after–sales services, as well as handling complaint from customer
  • Support Renewal Division to maintain our existing business / customers
