PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF), a leading joint venture finance company in Indonesia which has 8.000 employees in 130 branches. BAF currently has 120 branch offices and not less than 133 POS (point of service) in all over the archipelago, with the number of employees approximately 7250 people. Total number of consumers who have and are funded by BAF has reached more than 1.8 million people. During the year 2007, the BAF to pay more than 489 thousand units of new vehicles. With total assets more than 5.6 trillion rupiah, BAF achieve net profit of 211 billion rupiah. To support our growth and business, we are looking for experience people to fill the following position :

CREDIT MANAGER

Requirements :
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University majoring in Accounting/Statistic/Information Technology/Information System
  • Male/Female with max. 36 years of age
  • Have at least 3 years of related experience, preferable in finance company/banking
  • Good communication skill and fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Strong in data processing with using Ms. Excel, SPSS, Clementine
  • Strong leadership, honest, good team work, discipline and have good analytical skill
  • Specific requirement : min. having level 2 certificate of Badan Sertifikasi Management Resiko
CORPORATE LEGAL MANAGER

Requirements :
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University majoring in Law with min. GPA 3.0
  • Male/Female with max. 40 years of age
  • Wide knowledge of Indonesia Law and Regulation, excellent skill in Legal document and Legal Issues, dealing with government institutions and managing foreign company legal contracts, MOU and other legal documents in English version
  • Good analytical skill, good personal communication skill, initiative, have a strong leadership, managerial skills and able to work effectively, both independently and in a team
  • Hard worker and willing to travel when required
  • Have at least 5 years of related experience, preferable in finance company/banking/law firm
  • Good communication skill and fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Knowledge in Ms. Office Program
COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR/STAFF

Requirements :
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University majoring in Law
  • Male/Female with max. 28 years of age
  • Familiar with Ms. Office Program
  • Has public speaking skill, and good command of English, both & written
  • Should possess min. 2 years experience as an Auditor/Accountant in reputable Accounting Public Firm (CPV), fresh graduate is welcome to apply (staff)
  • Willing to be travel within our branch
  • Strong leadership, honest, good team work, can work under pressure, discipline
