Responsibilities:
Assisting Production Manager in the controlling and evaluation of daily production-flow and processes to obtain process excellence in our consumer goods production units at our Bogor Factory.
Requirements:
- Male, age 30 – 37 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university, Majoring in Engineering(Industry/Chemical)
- At least 3 years in similar position or as Assistant Production Manager
- Good ability in computer language/software
- Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
- Good Analytic thinking and Problem solving.
- Good communication and reporting skill
- Strong Leadership
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Willing to be located in Bogor
Key Account Manager (KAM)
Requirements:
- Female / Male, 28 – 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university, Majoring in Economic / Management / Business Studies
- Having previous experience in FMCG industry
- Excellent proven sales and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership profile and networking in the industry with result oriented focus
- Experience in managing distributors and major chain retailers
- Self starter, independent, creative with high analytical skills
- Ability to perform in time-pressures and meet deadlines
- Fluently written and verbal in English
