Route to Market Specialist Manager

The role of this position is to :
  • Continuously review on business process and procedure to identify improvement opportunities in order to make it align with market requirement.
  • Provide analysis on SKU to Segment compatibility, Visibility Standard and other business toolkits (e.g. score card, P&L of promotion, trading term etc) and propose its improvement plan.
  • Periodically provides analysis and improvement plan on people capacity and capability in maximizing business and coverage
  • Managing all Away From Home improvement project on time and make sure the implementation and evaluation of the project
  • Monitoring on sales performance and the key cost driver (Price/Promotion/logistic-transportation/payment term) to optimize profitability
  • Provides reports on market and competitor activities, AFH Score card and numeric distribution phasing progress
  • Communicate and liaise internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and relationship
  • Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by management on a daily or a continuing basis, within his/her area of competency
The qualifications are:
  • University graduates in any discipline.
  • 2+ Years experience in sales/logistics, within a multinational FMCG company
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Business process knowledge in ‘order’ to ‘cash’ cycle
  • Self-motivated & strong drive
  • Able to react fast to changing environment;
  • Having Organizing and prioritizing ability;
  • Ability to deal with complex situations;

Away From Home Officer

The role of this position is to :
  • Maintain existing customer and develop new customer
  • Ensure product penetration based on recommended SKU guideline
  • Ensure visibility of Danone Aqua brands in customer level
  • Implement activity program based on communicated brief
  • Monitoring on sales performance and the key cost driver (Price/Promotion/logistic-transportation/payment term) to optimize profitability

Minimarket Route Planner Staff

The role of this position is to :
  • Is responsible to execute all daily route for minimarket channel
  • Is responsible to validate fixed route , create route adjustment , create contingency plan , and give feedback to distribution officer (delivery team)
  • Is responsible for developing optimal routes (or changing the routes) in order to ensure the optimal distribution of products in the market.
  • Actively monitor of call frequency to ensure sales achievement ,minimize the cost to serve , and increase productivity.
  • Monitor distribution key performance indicator periodically in order to create action plan for increasing sales achievement 
  • Checks/ analyses the daily distribution in his/her area and proposes corrective actions when necessary

  • Maintain service level as per company targets
  • Coordinate with warehouse, fleet ,route planner, and sales department in order to increase service level.
  • Is Responsible to monitor and give routine feedback for not active mini market stores 
  • Is Responsible to coordinate with Route planner & master data for proposed the correct stores information (name, address, location, source of delivery, etc)
  • Is responsible to decreasing the turn around time ( PO delivery Lead Time)

  • Develop account profile and monitor account performance in line with previously defined target.
