Scope of works:
The position is needed to plan, lead, manage, and control Production during shift period activity and also doing optimization of resources to achieve Bag Manufacturing goal which is to serve and fulfil internal and external customers’ necessity by effective operation and efficient cost.
Requirements:
- Education : D3 min 10 yrs exp at manufacturing or packaging industry S1 min 8 yrs exp at packaging manufacturing
- Experience :
- Min. 1 year in current position
- 10 years experience in manufacturing or packaging industry
- Computer Literate: Computer literacy
- Language: Fluency in written and spoken English
- Other qualification :
- Knowledge of Maintenance, Inventory & Quality system
- People Management
- Awareness of OHS at the workplace
CIL GRLM OFFICER
Location : Cilacap
Scope of works:
- To keep the land asset of the Company, improve the Company performance, support the factory/plant operational and give idea, suggestion for the improvement and the expansion of the mining location or other related sectors
- Managing relation ship with local authorities (government relation),
- Ensure clear and clean land management,
- Ensure 100% permitting / legal compliance in Cilacap plant operation.
Requirements:
- Education : Bachelor degree from a reputable university preferably in Legal
- Experience :
- Have experience to manage relation with government & permitting
- 5 years experience in a team of AMDAL arrangement in Mining and understand the budget analysis
- Minimum 3 years in land field
- 3 years as a leader in working unit which always related with communities and mining
- Knowledge of Government rules and regulations
- Knowledge of general mining system
- Computer literacy:Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
- Language: Sufficient command of English to be able to present ideas to management
- Other qualification / skills:
- Presentation Skill
- Analysis and Problem Solving
- Negotiation and confidence
- Will be placed at Cilacap
INTERISLAND OWN VESSEL & TERMINAL TL
Scope of works:
Managing shipping activities in the ports for export and inter island distribution in achieving minimum incurred controllable potential demurrage and dead freight, maximize T/C vessels utilization and on time delivery by ensuring wharf readiness, equipment readiness, smoothness coordination/communication among involved parties (i.e. production, logistic, agent, stevedoring, customer, etc), and optimum decision based upon shipping contractual term and condition.
Requirements:
- Education:Bachelor Degree ( Any Discipline)
- Experience
- Understand process of cement production
- Understand process of logistic distribution
- Understand process of loading cargo on port i.e. parties and equipment would be an advantage
- Computer Literate: Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
- Language: Excellent of English both oral & written
- Other qualification:
- Good Interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to develop operational strategies
- Awareness of OHS at the workplace
