To support the rapid growth expansion within our business units : GIANT, HERO, GUARDIAN, and STARMART with a total population of more than 10,000 employees, we are looking for a potential candidate to fill up the following position:

SUPERVISOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – SDP
FOR STARMART (Code : SDP -STAR)

SDP (Supervisor Development Program) for is an intensive Training program designed to provide knowledge, skill and attitude required to be future Leaders and to be placed at one of branches all over Indonesia.

Qualifications :
Young and energetic, graduated from only D3 from any discipline with a minimum GPA of 2,80
Willing to be trained in an intensive training for at least 7 months
Willing to be placed at one of branches all over Indonesia
Initiative, pro active, hard working and strong analytical skill
Able to lead a team and cooporate in a team
English proficiency both oral and written is a must
Good computer literacy

SIDE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – BASED ON SURABAYA

To find and negotiate the best suitable locations Giant Hypermarket and Supermarket, Hero Supermarket, Guardian and Starmart according to its format, market trend and monitor and update all competitor’s data

Qualifications:
Male/Female and age max 35 years old
Preferably having a bachelor or master degree from any discipline with at least 5 – 10 years in property marketing for developers / agent
Have a strong negotiation skill with developers or agents
Strong knowledge of demographic growth and property
Willing to be placement at Surabaya
Familiar with computer literate
English proficiency both oral and written is a must.
