Secretary

The position will be accountable for assisting Director in managing and organizing daily administrative duties , agenda and priorities ; maintains proper and systematics filling of all paperwork; prepares meeting logistics, travel arranggement. The job will be dealing with confidential information.

The qualifications are:

• University degree (S1) in Secretary with minimum GPA 2.75
• Excellent in English ( Spoken and Written )
• Minimum having 3 years experiences in the same field, preferably
• In foreign company
• Enthusiastic and industrious
• Excellent administration skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
