To ensure an appropriate recruitment and selection method as well as placement a visionary employees who have values and capabilities as required to support the business growth are well implemented and aligned with organization’s strategic plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Preferable Psychologist
- 3 years of experience in recruitment of human resources function
- Min 1 year of experience in managerial level
- Strong knowledge and skill of Psychology tools as well as professional report
- Proven leadership, pro active, team work, self discipline and “Can Do” attitude
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Familiar with MS Office

Report to Logistics Operation Manager, this position will be located in Cikarang and responsible for:
- To ensure both Warehouse and Transportation Management System are in place and well implemented.
- To monitor and review invoice and goods that should be delivered well
- To assist the manager on making loading list and arrange dispatch schedule
- Qualifications:
- Min Diploma degree in any major, preferable from Logistics
- 3 years of experience as Inventory Control Staff
- Age 22 – 30 years
- Attention to detail, accurate, team work, self discipline and “Can Do” attitude
- Able to speak in English both oral and written

Sales Support Supervisor
Report to Sales Manager, this position will be responsible for:
- Efficiently administer the sales tracking and monitoring system
- Establish and develop strong customer relationship
- Create Freight service proposal and quotations
- Coordinate team to maintain sales report
- Monitor team on customer payment matters
- Bachelor degree, preferable from management
- 1-2 years experience as sales in any kind of Industry, preferable from Freight Forwarding company
- Prepared to work extraordinary hours
- Good in leadership, communication and reporting skills
- Good business acumen and commercial sense
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Advanced in MS Office
