Recruitment Officer (RO)
Responsibilities:
- Having minimum 2 years experience in similar area.
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, preferably with Psychology proficiency.
- Excellent spoken and written skills, especially in English.
- Familiar with psychometric tools.
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategy, excellent interview skills, and strong negotiation skills.
- Able to building wide network and also have sound knowledge of various sources in searching suitable candidates.
