COUNTRY ACCOUNT MANAGER (CAM)
Energy, Oil & Gas

Responsible for providing strategic leadership in developing Ceva’s Energy & Project sector throughout China. This position is responsible for achieving strong market growth through the development and delivery of leading edge and commercially viable solution sets

Job requirement
  • Bachelor degree, preferable from Marketing / Management
  • Excellent in communication & negotiation skill
  • Good business acumen & commercial sense
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Able to speak in Chinese will be advantage
  • Advance in MS Office
  • Experience managing and developing high level customer relationships in blue chip organizations
  • Knowledge of Energy Sector
  • Understanding of project cargo market
  • Experience in negotiating with break-bulk carriers and charter parties
  • Understanding of Gencon terms
  • Solution design and development, and broad understanding of IT capabilities and emerging technologies
  • Significant sales and marketing change management experience supported by advanced conceptual and logistics skills, high levels of numerical and verbal reasoning and be of advance intellectual ability
  • Worldwide market knowledge and commercial understanding
  • Project and program management/direction skills
  • Experience with or ability to understand, commercial implications of solutions proposed, potential areas of risk and methods to limit liabilities
  • Maturity and tactfulness in dealing with high-powered stakeholders i.e. external customers
  • Travel is required at 50 % of the time in this position
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE in Head Office

Responsibility:
  • Ability to liaise & correspondence with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to do administrative duties like maintain database, filling, data entry, etc.
  • Ability to coordinate with transporter / freight forwarders to pick up and delivery schedule.
  • Ability to use and update POD in the system.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma degree with minimum 2 years experiences as a staff in Customer Service area.
  • Preferable from Logistics or Freight Forwarding Company.
  • Excellent in build & maintain relationship new and existing customer.
  • Good communication and administration skill.
  • Able to work underpressure.
  • Good in Ms. Office (Good typing speed & accuracy).
  • Good in English both oral and written.
OCEAN IMPORT & EXPORT SUPERVISOR (OSPV)

Qualification:
  • Responsible for all Operational matters for export and import
  • Improve knowledge of the shipment character of export and import
  • Provide export and import daily report
  • Control and monitor every shipment to ensure all is arranged smoothly
  • Responsible for monitoring all import custom clearance & regular shipment
  • Develop procedure
  • Reviewing each shipment handled by team in monthly basic
OCEAN STAFF (OS)

Qualification:
  • Monitoring import cargo
  • Checking for import document, preparing for export document
  • Communicating with customer & agent overseas
  • Checking cargo at warehouse
  • Preparing doc turn over to customer
  • Closing file
  • Follow up and arrange export shipment
  • Arrange and monitoring for pick up cargo
SALES MANAGER (SM)

Responsibility:
Responsible for profitable growth for the Depots with customer base which across all sales channels. This growth will be achieved through the tactical application of the National strategic sales plans for all Sales channels and development in combination with the management and development of all direct employees.

Qualification:
  • Has a minimum 5 years experience as a Manager in related field.
  • Preferable from Logistics or Freight Forwarding Company.
  • Excellent in Ms. Office and proficiency in English both oral and written.
  • Has a strong leadership and communication skill.
  • Able to work under pressure & extraordinary hours.
  • Good business acumen and commercial sense
  • Strong local market knowledge and identify targeted market
  • Excellent sales planning and implementation
  • Strong develop selling structure and customer relationship
  • Proven leadership and people management
OCEAN MANAGER (OM)

Responsibility:
Responsible for handling movement of goods through safe, effective and efficient sea transportation, to ensure operational procedures are achieved within company standards.

Qualification:
  • Has a minimum 5 years experience as a Manager in related field.
  • Preferable from Logistics or Freight Forwarding Company.
  • Excellent in Ms. Office and proficiency in English both oral and written.
  • Has a strong leadership and communication skill.
  • Able to work under pressure & extraordinary hours.
  • Bachelor degree in Sea Transport Management or related background
  • Monitor & review all trade lane shipment handled by team
  • Coordination with shipping liner and overseas office and oversee daily activity in Ocean Dept
  • Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customer
BRAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)

Responsibility:
  • To focus on continually creating value for the company, meet our commitments to customers new and current, achieve acceptable returns for our shareholders
  • Must develop strategic solutions that result in highly effective supply chains, minimizes investment and optimizes services and order fulfillment.
Qualification:
  • Has a minimum 5 years experience as a Manager in related field.
  • Preferable from Logistics or Freight Forwarding Company.
  • Excellent in Ms. Office and proficiency in English both oral and written.
  • Has a strong leadership and communication skill.
  • Able to work under pressure & extraordinary hours.
  • Good business acumen and commercial sense.
  • Strong and comprehensive knowledge of supply chain solution and logistics trend.
  • Strong project management skills, market analysis skills and marketing
  • Understanding of financial concepts and financial management
CONTRACT MANAGER (CM)

Responsibility:
To provide sound organization and control of the Contract ensuring it is continually geared to meet the demands of the business in term of revenue, cost control, service standards and profitability.

Qualification:
  • Minimum bachelor degree from any disciplines
  • 5 years experience in the management of multi-functional working groups as a Contract Manager
  • Strong contract Management skill
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation operation
  • Extended knowledge of logistics IT systems, warehousing, distribution and transport system, and continuous improvement processes related to the same business
  • Proven and very strong leadership, team work, self discipline and good communication skills
  • Fluent in English both oral and written, familiar with MS Office
