HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR
Major Responsibilities:
The person will be overseeing the HR functions including: recruitment, training/development, compensation, and industrial relations.
Minimum Requirements:
- S1 degree in any discipline from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in Human Resources
- Working experiences in Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
- Strong industrial relations capability is a must
- Proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
