Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, from any discipline from reputable university.
- Min. 3 years experience in banking industry.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Good managing skill (managing DSR team).
- Good time management, fast learner.
- Good command in English (oral and written).
- Good Communication skill.
- Establish financial consultant team by recruiting team members
- Managing FC’s to produce new clients for bank through acquisition
- Work closely and support PA center to achieve their target specially in grow new customers base
- Provide competitive Incentive scheme compared with market
- Maintain FCs turn over
- Work together with relevant department to provide training for FCs
- Ensure the work quality of FCs are in place in terms of Bank’s policy and procedures
- Maintain relationship with Agencies
Team Leader – Audit Development (TL - AD)
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree, majoring Accounting
- More than 3 years experience in audit field in banking or audit consultant
- Good knowledge in banking operations
- Basic understanding in internal audit principal
- Good communication and managerial skill
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
